It's obvious from the article that Lockheed-Martin plans to take away the pension for new hires, and that it will be in the company's Last, Best and Final. First the new hires, then in three years, they'll push to freeze the pension, so they can sell it off.

This will effect everyone in the bargaining unit. We must stand together to defeat their plans.
