We'd like to thank the many folks that have called and offered their support during our strike. As members of our community, whether in the P.T.A., coaching in our children's sports leagues, or being active in our local churches, we know our values and the values of our community are the same. Our local businesses, area unions, and individuals have stepped up and volunteered and donated to our cause. Having support from you is what keeps us going, for justice in the workplace. Aaron's at 9520 White Settlement Rd has donated a lease for a big-screen TV for the duration of our strike, and Business Reps Tim Smith, Doyle Huddleston and David Webb are donating the other half of the rental cost, so we can have a big-screen TV in the Union Hall for news... Well, and maybe a baseball game or two! Come down to the hall, it'll be here at 6 PM tonight, Friday night!
